Oluoluomo:
Lol....abeg...no go there. Lesotho will flog the silly.
Our U20 boys at least know how to blitz down the middle. They're more creative imo. Their biggest flaw to me is the defense. These senior team's entire schtick is endless backpassing. Then hoof the ball up and inshallah.

I don't understand modern football oo or is this how the game has always been played but I'm just noticing it now? What's all this side to side passes?
It’s either our boys are not good enough or they don’t want to risk anything.

UncleHaba22:
Nigeria is a good team what they just need to work on to qualify for the world cup just
Finishing
Ball control
Crossing
Shooting
Tackling
Decision making
Passing
Aggression
Defending
Duel winning
Vision
Shot accuracy
Long passes
Short passes
And they'll be in the 2026 world cup
Peseiro's system at the AFCON is still the best for this team..
It hides a lot of our flaws

It's not like Lesotho are playing a low block oo. They are out there playing giving us space yet we haven't had even a sniff at their goal.

They do not deserve any support…

Coach also has no foresight, how do you start with a midfielde of ndidi and iwobi, start an out of inform look, mediocre Moses

HALF-TIME

0-0

With this top class football pitch, there's no excuse for this sorry display.

Terrible match to watch. We always complain about the terrible state of the pitches we play on. Now we have the opportunity to play on a standard pitch but our players can’t still make any good use of the ball. The team is too poor

Tolu missed that free header… Chaii

I won't blame this performance on a lack of chance creation. At least two chances have been created for Osimhen and Tolu but they couldn't score.

Make that three chances. Arokodare just missed a clear header. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️
