Some call him Papa Rohr, others call him Daddy Gernot Rohr, while I call him Odogwu Gernot Rohr. This man knows how to make his haters swallow their words. Under him we never had to do Permutations and Combinations to qualify. I remember when some said that the only reason he kept on qualifying us for tournaments with ease was because of our so called "Superstars" 🤣.


They chased him away and now he's about to take a team of relatively unknown players from Benin to the World Cup, while our so called Superstars are suffering and busy praying for others to lose their matches. 🤣


Life indeed has a way of replying certain characters. 🤣

Our U20 boys at least know how to blitz down the middle. They're more creative imo. Their biggest flaw to me is the defense. These senior team's entire schtick is endless backpassing. Then hoof the ball up and inshallah.

A 2-0 win puts us same point and +1 ahead of Benin and should be enough to qualify us

Of course all this is consequent on another South Africa draw or loss.
