This is a typical case of a woman marrying who was ready but not whom she loves.

Well, for many women who hold on to the contact with their ex, the reality is that they had to settle for their husband because the ex was not ready or available at the time. Simply blocking phone contacts is not the way around such emotionally deep connections.

2. I have lived long enough to realize that these bandage solutions are as useless as putting honey in a cup of bitterleaf tea. Men and women who harbor feelings for an ex or have feelings of unrequited love for an absent love interest should simply avoid romantic relationships with others altogether until those feelings have been fully resolved. 🥱🥱🥱
