Nigeria 🇳🇬 Vs Benin🇧🇯
Rwanda 🇷🇼 vs South Africa 🇿🇦

This two games will be the most watched games of the world cup qualifier.

Three teams hoping on the failure of the other to have a chance.

I hope the Eagles 🦅 triumph.

You must resort to improper words to pass across a message. I would rather call you the joker and pessimist. Let Nairalanders check the consistency of my posts on this thread and of yours to evaluate a joker.
Football is not Mathematics. We played Rwanda away and beat them 2-0. Mathematics meant we would/should beat them 2-0 or more at home, alas it was 1-0.
Having been beaten 2:1 by this same team in Abidjan it will suffice to payback when it mattered most with the new attacking combo we discovered.
4-0 I have been singing from the beginning and God-willing at least 4:0 we shall get.
I apologise if that appears like. Honestly i dont mean it like that

Benin needs a win which will guarantee them automatic qualification regardless of other results. A draw or loss means they wont make the playoff because they will be deducted 4 points due to zimbabwe.
Nigeria needs a win for two reasons, a play off spot and automatic qualification in the event results go their way.
South africa needs a win for automatic qualification only and also hope nigeria wins. They cant go through on play off due to zimbabwe.
A nerve wrecking day ahead to come.

Someone should pass the message across to the NFF and Coach Chelle not to make the mistake of Starting Lookman Ademola. He is suspended for the game through Second Yellow card

Benin doesn't hope on the failure of any team. It's in their hands. If we are in their situation, we wouldn't need calculator.

I had a nightmare today 😭

The Super Eagles were playing Benin, we were losing 2–1, then Osimhen hit the bar from outside the box, then one player like that, not our current player, but for the nightmare he sha play for us, his name is Renebeé (na wetin I see for the nightmare o), he came on and scored the equalizing goal. We come draw.

I was now calculating the table if we can still qualify, the next thing I see, na straight to penalties... Osimhen took the first and scored, Moffi scored, Ekong scored, Ndidi balloon him own go outside stadium...

My guy come wake me. I no come even know whether for the nightmare na Benin win the PSO or Nigeria... Headache just wan finish me this morning.

Football is funny. You'd see fans saying we bought Isak, we bought Eze, we bought Eduardo.

Person wey dey mushin wey dem no know 😂😂

Just watched a clip of some fans warning Nwabali to be careful. As in what will you do?

We too we here dishing out strategies, formations and line ups.

The sense of ownership or rather of belonging is what fuels the delusion that we matter. And this is what makes the game sweet.
Not entirely true sha. Most clubs and national teams consider themselves as 'owned' by the fans and give fans that honor in a ceremonial sense. If we you're a registered and loyal fan. You can by all means say 'we' that's how it is all over the world. Nothing wrong with that. That sense of ownership is not delusion. Clubs always promote it.

Some clubs like Real Madrid and many others have their majority shareholding controlled by fans. Even if you're unable to buy shares due to residency issues, there are always perks and access clubs give to global fans as much as financially possible.

Oga! You are talking confusion. Initially, you claimed the club preferred the Ghanian suliemana ahead of Lookman but I debunked that.

Later, you claimed he played few minutes because club preferred Suliemani ahead of him. Dat one too na lie.

Lookman played few games because of his disagreement with the club. EOD.
Therr is confusion here u are the one who dont understand the english.
What i wrote there is clear enough and gabe u instance.
Out of 270 mins he played 133 which was lower than the play time he used to get before. For lookman to be sharing such minutes with suliemana shows that the preferencehas chanced.

There is no confusion there..
Lookman has deformed his playing time has dropped in ATALANTA.
EOD!!

I pray we qualify

But honestly we no deserve to go World Cup
This is exactly where my head is at. This WCQ should have been wrapped up with 2 games to spare for us. Look at Morocco and Tunisia. Qualified with breathing room.

I want us to qualify but if we do, it gives NFF a pass to continue their rubbish. What other FA has 4 different managers during a single qualification cycle.

For the last match, I’d really like to see us in a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1. We need control in the midfield.

Ndidi, Iwobi and Onyeka in the MF.

Chuks, Simon and Osimhen up top.

Regardless of the outcome of the final match it’s crucial we start scouting more ball playing midfielders and a stronger back four before AFCON.

The likes of Ekong, Ndidi need gradual phasing out

What will win or loose us this game is the concentration or otherwise of our defence.. how they deal with long balls over the top.

1. Rohr will always be Rohr, he's never going to dominate possession, his Benin team will not create many chances through any intricate passing, his tactics will be simple ... Sit deep, launch long balls over the top for runners. We cannot afford any mistakes at the back.

2. It is important to play 3 of the four midfielders invited, Ndidi as CM (limited passing, but it's only Benin!, he should be fine), Yusuf (because he has better positional
discipline as DM than Onyeka) and Iwobi as AM, get him closer to the box!!!

3. Fix Simon on the left, chukwueze on the right, Osimhen through the middle, start with a classic 4 2 3 1... Nothing fancy, nothing complicated.. I nor wan see any diamond or charcoal formation ... It's only Benin!! Fvcking do the basics!

4. Please threaten Nwabali before match start... Swear to Amadioha that if he tries any pranks or makes any errors leading to goal or not, it will be the last time he ever plays for Nigeria.

5. If by the 60th minute we're are trailing or looking for a goal, throw in the spanner, the spoon and the plate, every attacker and their grandmothers .. remove 2 defenders bring in all the forwards you have on the bench, a draw is useless to us... Please win anyhow or lose very well, I nor wan see 1-1 draw or 1-0 loss abeg

Two different formations and three different tweaks that we can use to lineup against Benin.

Which is best? Any changes? 🤔

Super Eagles problem is not always caused by formation but mostly their inability to bury simple scoring chances.Misses upon misses.
Based on this , if we are fortunate to be clinical , we will score the number of goals required because we will surely create chances.
Hopeful goals fortune will be with them on Tuesday.

With Onyeka & Ndidi on the pitch I don’t think we will concede from open play even though we’ve got shaky defense & goalie
Option A
I’m against a Troost Ekong start
Ben & Calvin, that new guy should play right back. Coach should risk it

Have you guys noticed, Nigeria is like Sweden
Johny Bravo syndrome
Sweden has Gyokeres, Isak & Elanga but they most likely won’t make FIFA 2026 World Cup
Very weak defensively grin

Coach must put Moffi, Uche, Adams to work in the 2nd half o
Any player that cannot high press or run should be removed for someone else that’s ready, that includes Osimhen who usually overstretches himself and gets tired at minute 80

A must win
Im hoping we make it at least 2 nil 🙏🏼
The other game in SA
It’s in God’s hands
