Did you hear of kidnappings, daylight robbery, insecurity, herdsmen, rapes and other crime in other parts of the country not at war? Is the whole country not at war, the way it stands now? Can you tell us how safe communities and roads all over the country are now? Can you compare it with 1968 - 1970?

What’s the difference between getting displaced in your community by heavily armed men who kill your people indiscriminately, take over your lands and a civil war?
