I see stanbic itbc mutual fund is what a lot of people do and talk about here. Are there no others or why do people not prefer them. Abi what is special about the stanbic own?

I wanted to register that of stanbic, I couldn't even login easily, from not sending OTP to just refusing to go forward, it's been days I've been wanting to do my kyc but I can't even gain access again. Same with my friend too. I am using the web.

I have MF accts with stanbic, norrenberger and First asset mgt. Although stanbic was the first one I signed up for years ago.

From my personal experience with stanbic;
withdrawal is swift
Returns are easy to track
App is easy to use

Again choices differ based ion experience

its been hell for me in the last one week of onboarding.....I am having problem with the log in and no one to help

They dont answer calls and email is useless with them....I think I will just have close it before even starting now but I need to get my money out first

I mail their ccu@ customer service email and I always get response.
No issues with them so far, although I have never tried their withdrawal so I cant speak to that.

Their onboarding took about 1 week+ before I could fully start using the app sha, and I found it rather annoying but afterwards funding has been seamless

Check the correspondence email sent to you for onboarding, there is a staff email in copy who is supposed to be your go-to person. The guy who helped me while I was doing mine has resigned.

why not call them over the phone. Normally, they usually call whenever they receive money with unClear sender details.

Also why bother using the wallet system when you could just use the Collection / Personalized Account numbers

Yes I transfered to the personalize account. That is what I meant by wallet. Then from that account I fund my investment. Abi am I wrong

Paying into the Collection / Personalized account should automatically reflect on your mutual funds subscription at most by the end of the day so long it's a business day.
issue is, you probably don't understand the interface yet. Kindly contact them for assistance or message me via whatsApp
