Congratulations guys.

Though the playoff looks tough judging by the teams that have qualified, we live to fight another day

Thank you Victor Osimhen.

Thank you Frank Onyeka.

I will support that we fans should go all out online to campaign against the involvement of US 94 squad members in our football going forward. They have never been any good to our football

Nigeria in form is beating all those teams in the African playoffs.

My major fear with the playoff is the interconfed stage.
We have momentum on our side right now
It will be difficult to stop this team..
Our midfield still needs work
But Chelle corrected himself by bringing in onyeka to shore things up

Every other team will be wary of us now

Truidstarr, Cool10, Zuchyblink... Let me not hear pim about Rohr on this thread ever again!!!

In a game Benin needed only a draw to have a chance of qualifying, Nigeria's Super Eagles rose from the ashes led by Osimhen and battered your Daddy and his team of Beninoise squirrels 4-0. 4 nil. 4 kondo!!!

Rohr is a sham.

If we actually do qualify to the world cup, it will be an historical moment for our nations football because how was that even possible.

I'm telling you. My respect for him is out of this world. He's not just a proper man-manager, he's also an amazing human being. People like him are rare.

This playoffs go be AFCON B. Hopefully we can pull it off again.
Let me be completely honest..
I actually prefer us going through the play off route..
This team needs more games to gel
And we have finally developed some chemistry even though our performance can be disjointed at times
We have momentum and a winning mentality is setting in

I want to see us play more games

It's funny how about a week ago, qualifying through the playoffs was looking like a camel passing through the eye of a needle. I never want to hear any stoopid Osimhen slander on this thread henceforth, or else me and you go get am hot.

Well, now that we are guaranteed for the playoffs, how's it looking for us against the non-African teams who will play in the playoffs at the Inter confederation stage?

Frank should replace Ndidi as our destroyer.
What in the bloody hell is wrong with Ndidi?? Since 2015 abi na 16, he has yet to score a Super Eagles goal.

See the way Onyeka hit that ball. Look at the way he was unapologetic and non romantic about the way he connected with the ball. If it was Ndidi.... he will pause or find a way to direct his strike towards an opponent to be blocked. Nonsense and Ndidi! He is annoying!

I miss this man!!! 👇🏽👇🏽

Na the goals make dem look exceptional make talk true we were poor in some segments and that’s my worry in the playoffs
We have momentum now
It will be difficult to beat us
If we don't address our midfield issues, we will still look disjointed, but with Osimhen around, we will always have a chance..
I pray he stays injury free
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by forgiveness: 7:11pm On Oct 14, 2025
forgiveness:
Only way out is to beat Benin by 4 goals.

With this, we are guaranteed qualification regardless of other factors. Chikena!!
I already said yesterday. Our qualification is in our hands. All we needed to do is to score 4 unreplied goals and we did it.

Make DR Congo win so that we can play Gabon then play either Cameron or DR Congo in the final if we scale through by the grace of God.

That team is good. Na just say una no go gree. grin

Absence of lookman is a huge boost. No selfish play or holding up the play for too long. Let him start from the bench next time please.
