All I can say is that the Federal Government should do its best to put things in proper order.
Because if care is not taken, this new generation — the Gen Zs — will surely take over. Whether they like it or not, if one party refuses to change, another will rise to take charge.

In my opinion, Nigeria is already a one-party state. Obi, Atiku and ADC are not serious opposition to Tinubu's 2027 agenda. Tinubu will crush the PDP and other mainstream oppositions completely by mid 2026 through all these mass defections. The only real opposition force I see currently in Nigeria is Sowore because he is always ready to match his words with action. While Tinubu is busy building a formidable coalition, Obi and Atiku are busy releasing press statements and making empty criticisms on the pages of newspapers. I hope Nigerians will give Sowore the support come 2027 if he runs.

It's good you've moved on from wanting Nigerians to give Tinubu a "push back" for picking an INEC chairman to now picking a class-rep, SUG President wanna be as your candidate for the 2027 elections!

I was not too small when he was Lagos Gov and I knew the dangers of electing an obsessed kingmaker to been a more paranoid king. He led Lagos like a mafiaso (quoting Oyinlola in 2007) and as Amosun called him once Capo Di Tutti. That's the man you gave power and you expect him to let go? When you people were shouting Eluu P I was laughing. You don't fight the Opposition with shared allegiances, No? If ANPP, CPC, AC & nPDP didn't come together, you think they would have defeated the PDP? They tried it in 2011 and it failed. ADC is like nPDP, what about other branches? It's already too late, there is nothing Atiku or Obi can do, Tinubu played them and unless God wills, he will sit there till 2031 and make Nigeria another Lagos.

What's my advise?;Everyone go home and begin to uproot bad tap roots from the bottom. Begin to vote against bad Governors! Don't just sit in Lagos and say APC must lose. What's happening in Ekiti, Ebonyi, Benue, etc?

Since Diri entered there, Seriake his godfather has removed himself from.his governance, good or bad. It's been Diri throughout so how will a possible successor be the problem! It's APC lies to justify his defection. When Diri handpicked his chosen Senator for Bayelsa Central and Reps, Seriake didn't stand in his way, there has been mutual respect all round.

Bayelsa is totally PDP from top to bottom except 2/3 House of Assembly seats, all NASS seats is PDP. Again, he has performed at least well, I have been visiting Bayelsa almost thrice a year from when Seriake was there and I know the State has improved albeit marginally. He entered into an unholy alliance with them for his re-election, let him State his personal reasons.

It is simple, Tinubu has made it clear to the Southern Governors that there is plenty, I mean, plenty in Abuja...it's our turn! Come and seat at the table and be decision-makers not just for 2027 but even after.
