Reduce your trip to 7-10-12 day duration so you can comfortably stay under the £1500 margin.
My opinion is always to sponsor yourself as an adult fully. You are not a parent which makes circumstances different.
As it is a holiday the ECO expects that the intent of the trip and the affordability of the trip should be okay for you as an adult otherwise you should postpone your travel as holiday is not compulsory nor do or die.
Asylum is real and lots of overstayers so getting visa is not as before esp in 2025 and especially in your case with previous refusals from them.
You are already on shaky grounds. Think very well about your plans and approach.

You have previous refusals.
Avoid dabbling into murky waters if you have had no travel history since your last UK refusal.
You would make your case more difficult.
In normal circumstances, they feel the business account and monies is for the running of the business that is why it is tricky.
Try and avoid another refusal.
If it means waiting 1 year to sort yourself out including sponsor’s accounts in my opinion do that.
You must prove origin of funds— whether yours or sponsor’s. It is not enough to present travel allowance of say 1 billion, paper evidence must show the trail and where this money was availed from.

Option 2.
Draft an MOU or legal paper signed by company secretary detailing director and nuclear family are entitled to say medicals and fully paid travel allowances say thrice a year.
Details details details on these company documents.
Mark this clause .
Then the company account can then transfer travel allowance to you because the legal documents show that this is company policy and can be proven with documentation and also that business funds are not been used as personal funds.
You will also attach this paper to your application as part of evidence. It shows decorum and shows accounting and also shows origin of funds.
If you have had previous travels and done this same travel allowance thing… reference them to back up this particular scenario.

I think we’ll go with option 2 and draft a letter, but we’ll make sure to do it very carefully. If it’s looking like it won’t add up, we’ll just put the application on hold for another 6 months.

If the funds in his personal account can show proof of how they originated then use it if you can’t show it then look for an account that you can comfortably demonstrate the ORIGIN of the funds either derived from salary or from business/self employment.
Payslips, contracts, invoices etc show origin…

Out of curiosity though, why did you lie on your application about not having a sister when in your previous application you had an invite from the sister? Was this also listed as a reason for refusal.

In regards to the bank address being different from your home address can always be corrected.
I don’t know if they’d refuse based on just it being the address, I do stand to be corrected.
In my own case, one of my personal bank statement address is different from home address,
My business account address is actually that of rhe bank’s HO. Though in my case if you looked at my bank statement pos transactions for places like supermarkets, restaurants it did somehow show my location.
I am a frequent traveler but i always treat every visa application like it’s my first time again.
Gone are the days where you’d just do a drop box and you almost have nothing to worry about.

I believe you should send a follow up email ASAP explaining your mistakes, don’t tell them the form was filled on your behalf o. You risk a UK travel Ban if you do not declare your previous refusal(s). Treat as Urgent before action(s) is taken on your application.

Send a paid mail urgently and say you have been refused a UK visa before.

Check that you do not have a 10 year ban. Read the refusal letter to the end.
Well a sister is a sister, there was no need to lie. No way you did not know your sister was there.
No need to be devastated, you won’t get a visitor now again sha as they feel you lied about your sister’s presence in the Uk so they will not suspect you of not wanting to go back after a short visit.
You also did not mention how and why you left the UK after entering with a work visa. That one is also on your records and reasoning about all wholistically would show that you do not have visiting intent.

Hello Everyone, please can someone help me with this: I came to the UK on spouse visa in Nov 2020, my daughter (17 years) joined me in Nov 2022 and her visa was tied to mine. We both extended our visa (FLR) in 2023. I'm due for ILR from Nov this year, the challenge is how do I go about our application? Do I apply for ILR for myself and then FLR for daughter, do I apply for ILR for both of us or do I apply for my ILR first and then apply for my daughter's FLR when my ILR has been approved? I will appreciate if someone can help me with this question.

Use your typicalmonthly expenses so use previous months and do the average. September is a outlier so you can always explain that in the additional information section

Has anyone successfully rebooked an appointment with VFS after missing the appointment. What happened was that I didn't pay attention to the date and I thought it was next week Wednesday but it was actually today, and with less than 24hrs notice, rescheduling wasn't possible.

I paid £150 to use the Portharcourt VAC and cancelling the application would mean I can't get a refund of the VAC fees. VFS phone numbers and emails aren't going through and I've sent someone to PH and they said only option is to cancel and redo the application but I'm super worried about losing £150 just like that!

I contacted them on X/twitter and they sent a link which says I can rebook for a fee of £20 within five days of missing the appointment but the reschedule button is still greyed out and not clickable making it impossible to rebook.

I'm kinda confused and feeling defeated now cause this is such a rookie mistake

Since the rebook is greyed out maybe wait till nighttime it might be clickable then.
