Last night I visited one of the oldest observatory in the world (over 200yrs old). The building is over 200 years old and still looks good. From this observatory they discovered that the earth wobbles and the poles are not a fixed.

I then flew an ultra realistic flight stimulator. In a Maryland. It was crazily immersive.

timilehin007:Chief, do you have suggestions/ ideas relating to Qatar E-visa? seems like it takes a long time to approve for Nigerians. |
| Re: My Trip To Washington DC from Lagos by AdisaMighty(op): 4:43pm On Aug 08, 2024 |
I was issued an Evisa in April, I used my US visa to get it. It was quite easy and fast. Except policies and timelines have changed. Are you going to Qatar or just wanna enjoy a stopover? yasolan: |
| Re: My Trip To Washington DC from Lagos by yasolan(m): 3:27pm On Aug 10, 2024 |
AdisaMighty:It’s easier for US/UK and Canada visa holders. It can be processed under hours. Applying without these visa seems to be delayed. 3 weeks and counting, still says application processing |

Are you going to Qatar or want a stopover. Because there’s immediate transit visa at the airport for people that want to explore. yasolan: |

For how long? If your are going on holiday I know Qatar does this stopover program thing (do your research). Simply book like a flight to Vietnam (easy visa) is about the same cost to Qatar alone. You can do 4days in Qatar (accomplish your mission in Qatar), go have fun in Vietnam (very cheap destination) if it’s for Japa, I will discourage the Middle East they don’t give citizenship. But if you insist a cheaper alternative should be Oman yasolan: |

| Re: My Trip To Washington DC from Lagos by Bossman(m): 7:15pm On Oct 17, 2025 |
Just chill at the airport. Check your boarding pass for your connecting flight for the gate. More importantly, also check the flight status screens at your connecting airport. It should have the most up to date status of your connecting flight and gate. stacyadams: |

Bossman:alright thanks a lot chief |
| Re: My Trip To Washington DC from Lagos by Taal17: 10:42pm On Oct 21, 2025 |
stacyadams:You can walk around the terminal, you'll find places to eat, use bathroom and wash up. Just check the screens for flight status because sometimes your boarding pass may not have the most current boarding gate and terminal. Make sure you are at right terminal. You find chairs and charging ports as well |
