Those governor's that defected did it to fight against Wike. They knew he would want to support APC candidates in their state and back it up with federal might. It was a smart move from those governors. He was really pained that was why he made that comment that people that were fighting him have now defected to APC

Which is why most of the governors will be more focused on their own election and not necessarily on delivering Tinubu. There's a reason why they proposed for the gubernatorial elections to first take place before settling for both elections to occur on same day. No trust for each other. It's simply a union of strange bed fellows. Tinubu is desperate to tie his fast dwindling popularity to the fate of the governors so they can guarantee him victory.

Wike's future in politics is secured with Asiwaju today, tomorrow and in the future or should I say twice on Sunday. Where are the commissioners who worked with the Agulu Gbajue boy when he was Governor? How many of them are relevant today? Now, look at the the previous administration and the current administration and compare Asiwaju political protege with the Agulu nonentity? You will see that there's no comparison. Tinubu will reward your loyalty today and in 20 years time. That's who he is.

Okay, Wike has his supporter as Governor of his state. Has 3 Senators and all House of Rep members in Rivers state are his supporters.

Meanwhile, Peter Obi couldn't even get his party to produce the Governor of his state. In other places, his party members are jumping ship and going to APC.

Peter Obi should be the one supporting Wike and not the other way round.

It seems most of you don't know PBAT as much as you claimed. As long as you don't betrayed him, he will not undervalued you. That is why very few fallout with his lieutenants compare to other Nigerian politicians.
