Why is this remo stars coach even a part of the Nigerian technical staff?

Nigeria league is down there, sundowns absolutely outclassed them, if they really needed 8 goals in the final 15 min, they looked like they could get it.

Meh. A good chunk of this Remo Stars squad made up our CHAN Eagles team. So the loss and sloppy ball playing is expected.

The only thing that makes this hilarious is that it isn't even an away fixture. I wish them the best of luck when they travel to SA. 😂

This gulf in quality has nothing to do with government or NFF. In 2002, Orji Uzor Kalu laid down a framework for success at Enyimba which was realized in 2003 and 2004. NFF had no role in hiring Kadiri Ikhana or Okey Emordi nor the players that did Enyimba proud those years. One thing that also helped was the strong presence of street/intra-state football/InterSecondary school football which helped discover some of the players then. Also getting the seeming best from the league to play for Enyimba(Tyavkase,Ayenugba,Musa Abubakar,Late Romanus Orjinta to mention but a few) with good pay package did the job then

obviously they will come back to nigeria after the return leg in south africa. They have league matches to play. These ones dont have a chance of remontada. Not even the smallest chance.

Not true. Remo STARS is not a true representation of home based players. They represent themselves.

hahahaha it was live and free on YouTube. The only 🇳🇬 team I ever supported was Enyimba 20 years ago. Our league is not credible and fair enough. Tell me how these are the Nigerian league champions
