A pathetic, miserable, annoying display of football by a supposed football club team. The gulf in quality is so freaking wide my God!!! |

As at this moment please we don’t need any home based players in the squad right now. Please let go beg all the diaspora born Nigerians to come play for the national team because our league is beyond tatters . 5-1 Loss at home hahaha |

Poorly coached players, who looked like they have not learnt anything about professional football. How do you open your legs for someone to cross through you, instead of pressing, no tactical awareness or position awareness, they look like they lacked fitness, all round poor football team. Nigeria league is down there, sundowns absolutely outclassed them, if they really needed 8 goals in the final 15 min, they looked like they could get it. |

I wonder why Coach Daniel tried to play an open game against a club that was at the CWC! I was expecting Sundowns to win but not with Remo making many schoolboy errors |

Amedino99:This gulf in quality has nothing to do with government or NFF. In 2002, Orji Uzor Kalu laid down a framework for success at Enyimba which was realized in 2003 and 2004. NFF had no role in hiring Kadiri Ikhana or Okey Emordi nor the players that did Enyimba proud those years. One thing that also helped was the strong presence of street/intra-state football/InterSecondary school football which helped discover some of the players then. Also getting the seeming best from the league to play for Enyimba(Tyavkase,Ayenugba,Musa Abubakar,Late Romanus Orjinta to mention but a few) with good pay package did the job then |

skono:obviously they will come back to nigeria after the return leg in south africa. They have league matches to play. These ones dont have a chance of remontada. Not even the smallest chance. |
