Na people wey dey abroad dey help many families in Nigerian. 100k now management! Go finished without eating good food. More over Nigerian wage is 30 to 70k. Not 100k

As a private university lecturer ( Assistant lecturer), my monthly take home is 115,000. No breathing space to do other things. My wife is also a private secondary school teacher, we have two kids.
Although we are surviving but i will never encourage others to do such, because i know what I am passing through daily.

Wow !! This is surprising. I teach in a secondary school and my take home is same amount. I am not married yet and I am not even considering it because I can see clearly what the struggle and weight of responsibility is doing to other men who don't have enough resources. Yet even with the glaring reality many of them still compel me to get married to which I remain adamant. I like your sincere and honest advice.

It's not funny. I believe it's just God that has been sustaining many. I have been jobless for over six years now and when I look back I know it could only be God though my wife has been trying too

Nigeria has a great support system of family friends and school mates that come through for eachother, even if you are unemployed

You will only go hungry if you are too proud to beg others for food or money.

Lucky you if you have people abroad that lile you , them go send you money.

that salary is too poor why did u accept it

The mystery is that God has a way of taking care of the poor. We keep trusting Him and He has NEVER failed.

I am married with two kids and I earn 60k . To make it worse the salary comes very late . As at now ,I ve not received September salary. My side hustle keeps me aloft and mostly family and God's grace .

Because if I say I know how we pull through each month I'll be lying .

so bitter obi was the man that was voted for? What was is number of votes recorded in north and Sw? Btw this are the regions with the majority voting population according to inec register. Mehn it is a shame.

Last month airtime alone was 45k

There is food, electricity, healthcare, occasional chilling.. family every week person must get issue that needs monetary solution

Mehn like 250-300k monthly.

Damn the expenses are just much.

I lost my job February this year,I'm married with a1yr 10mnt old child, my wife gave birth to our second daughter this July,so we are four now,up until now I never see work, but somehow somehow God has been providing even me sometimes I feel like running away but before I know help go just show, hopefully I pray I'm able to start laundry business,na the money I dey find so,

I am a civil servant and monthly pay little less than N100k, my side hustle is not up to 10k per month

These are my strategies

1. All my children are in public sch - we have free tuition for primary and sec sch in Anambra State
2. I live in my house - no rent, no water supply during rainy season
3. I don't farm
4. I buy foodstuffs in bulk - once I get my pay I will restock foodstuffs till next pay day
5. I enroll and pay for myself, children and wife in health insurance scheme - hospital bill is being taken care via health insurance plan I paid via my salary
6. I belong to modest not too demanding thrift unions and cooperative societies for savings and emergency loans.
7. I have a car for family outing and motorcycle for daily runs
8. I cut my coat according to my cloth;

Bros no state or city can anyone survive on 100k monthly unless you usually get side income that will argument the 100k.

If you feed on 3k per day that gives you 90k on feeding alone within a month, how about other expenses?
