I don't really believe these clocks are important. Here is what is. It is far easier to birth and raise a baby in your twenties and thirties than it is to do so in your 40s. You don't want to be 50 and still have a child in primary school.
Let your kids enjoy your best years when you are full of energy.

When the children are all grown up, all of them leave home, wife too leaves home to go and do babysitting etc for the children. The man is left alone in the house.

Did you understand the article at all? The article says, women's fertility may decline with age, but age does not affect the quality of their eggs. On the other hand, age may not affect men's ability to fertilize an egg, but the quality of their sperm reduces with age. While men have enough quantity of sperm to distribute, it is laden with poor quality. Women on the other hand don't have enough eggs, but theirs is laden with quality. Quality over quantity anytime! What is there not to understand?

Yes, for women it is not about the eggs quality because quantity is what dips. It is about her ability to be a healthy/strong incubator as she gets older.
