I am confused and need answers quick. I met this Nigerian on social media in 2023 we talked for a year and married 2024.
When I met him he was driving someone around no responsibilities and he was completely comfortable with his lifestyle. Since marriage he has had 2 semi jobs that lasted maybe a couple months each. He wanted to go to spy police training which I paid for being a spy police he could get a good job. Well the real reason he wanted to go to the training was to actually have the hat and t-shirt where he could use as priority and recognition not for earning money. I have been at him constantly to get a job to support himself which he refuses. He said he will not work any job in Africa only he will do Uber. And he wants me his American wife to buy. Because he has nothing. He said he will not even work to eat. He's strong intelligent well mannered and groomed but non productive as hell. He's in an apartment that i paid for the furniture in it i paid for the meter for lights I paid for and periodically has paid his bills. I am tired of this and I need to know from other Africans what is this situation all about? What type of person did I really marry? Have anyone here known anyone else with this sane mentality and if so what can be done what should I do because I don't honesty see a future here. Please help

hey let them be, freedom of speech is guaranteed for everyone wether their opinion makes sense to you or not. Moreover it’s the-same freedom that has enabled you to quote them.

It's because he sees free food, free house, free satisfaction and free pockets money. So, when you stop doing all these things for him and put him where he belongs definitely he will have a serious rethink and stop lazing around and make sure you start bringing your male colleagues in the house.
