Maybe for people like u that reside in a hamlet in eastern Nigeria, Lagos State is a cosmopolitan state, it is made up of different ethnicities, not like were u abode that is 95% ndigbo.

Cosmopolitan doesn’t mean educated, winning election is not for the most educated, the most educated with their masters, & phds are the professors in the universities, that work for the politicians.
