If Nnamdi Kanu secured a judgment against the Kenyan government worth more than N100 million, there is no legal reason he wil not obtain an even larger award against the Nigerian government, unless the Nigerian judiciary applies fundamentally different legal principles.

The government has no case. Note that Kanu had changed his mind only after reading the case file. DSS had earlier denied him access to this document. The case is not over yet so Kanu will still prove his innocence in due time.
