Many people will downplay wordpress but it's sometimes better than many custom solution... Just with WooCommerce u get tons of payment gateways in one click.

U also add smart social proof plugins, tracking solutions and smart email marketing options also with a click.

Wordpress makes lives of developers easy.
Remember... Clients don't give a fuckkk how u built it as long as it works and converts

Thank you for your contribution, the urgent one I need now is website where customers can register, login, upload some url links, upload pictures, number of quantities etc.

I have already bought a domain

What I do is buying second hand gadgets like phone and laptops , ps, etc from China based on individual requests and I also do procurement from Chinese suppliers on 1688, now I want to go fully in as the number of customers is increasing.

This urgent one will cost me how much?, and what skills the developer needs to have to do this?
