Are you saying paying house rent and giving his wife money for upkeep of the home are not meaningful things and he should just put all the salary in something meaningful like a 15m business? 200k salary a month is 2.4m a year. That's less than a quarter of 15m. This civil servant needs your help oo

No I don't earn poorly
But I prefer when people make claims, they are realistic with it. Instead of making it sound like you have all the answers to what you have never even attempted
That's why I'm taking you and the other guy on.
Your points from start have been all unrealistic and you hinged it on some phantom "people are getting 15m to japa so you too get your own 15m and go into business" logic. That logic is trash.
A good number of those who japa sell properties, take loans and get help from family members. The number of those who japa based on money available to them is very small. So using that to justify your 15m or 28m business just shows how unrealistic you are in the first place.
Let's learn to be realistic before throwing advice around so we don't look immature
