Sunnyshinylight:And when did the Bible say we should fear GOD? In the 'old covenant' as you put it, or in the 'new covenant'? Check the verses I gave you… Luke, Revelation, and 1 Peter are old covenants? Most people today try to reform their soothing version of rhe Scriptures, hereby refuting the hard truth therein. We are in the time of 'love' where the truth of GOD can not be hidden from the people, hence the LORD JESUS CHRIST said: “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.” — Revelation 3:19 (KJV) And do you not read His letters to the seven churches in Asia? Will GOD pamper anyone onto damnation? Fear GOD. |

Kayberg:2 Corinthians 5:15 And that HE died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto HIM which died for them, and rose again. 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known CHRIST after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we HIM no more. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in CHRIST, he is a new CREATURE: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become NEW. 5:18 And all things are of GOD, who hath reconciled us to HIMSELF by JESUS CHRIST, and hath given to us the ministry of RECONCILIATION; 5:19 To wit, that GOD was in CHRIST, reconciling the world unto HIMSELF, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us THE WORD OF RECONCILIATION. 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for CHRIST, as though GOD did beseech you by us: we pray you in CHRIST'S stead, be ye RECONCILED TO GOD. 5:21 For GOD ALMIGHTIEST hath made HIM to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST. YOU ARE GOD'S perfection brother. You are HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS HALLELUJAH. 1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love THE FATHER hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called THE SONS OF GOD: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew HIM not. 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of GOD, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when HE shall appear, we shall be like HIM; for we shall see HIM as he is. |

Sunnyshinylight:Revelation 2 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ² I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: ³ And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. ⁴ Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Revelation 2 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹² And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; ¹³ I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. ¹⁴ But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. ¹⁵ So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. ¹⁶ Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. Revelation 2 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁸ And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; ¹⁹ I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. ²⁰ Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. ²¹ And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. ²² Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. ²³ And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. Revelation 3 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹ And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. ² Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. ³ Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. Revelation 3 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ⁷ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; ⁸ I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. ⁹ Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. ¹⁰ Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. ¹¹ Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. Who spoke here? |

Kayberg:1 John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. |

Sunnyshinylight:“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” — Matthew 10:28 (KJV) “And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.” — Luke 1:50 (KJV) “But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.” — Luke 12:5 (KJV) “And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.” — Revelation 19:5 (KJV) |

Kayberg:That means reverence and respect, while also repeatedly commanding believers to "not fear" in a sense of anxiety and dread. The biblical concept of "fearing GOD" is a reverential awe that leads to obedience and a holy life, whereas the "fear" to be avoided is paralyzing anxiety. The Bible uses the phrase "fear of GOD" to describe a reverential awe, respect, and submission to GOD'S greatness and authority. This fear is not the same as being terrified, but rather a deep respect that keeps one from sin and guides them toward righteousness. It's an understanding that GOD is all-powerful, all-knowing, and the ultimate judge, and this belief impacts how one lives. Throughout the Bible, GOD repeatedly tells his followers not to be afraid or fearful, as He is with them. This command is meant to free believers from anxiety, dread, and timidity, because they can trust in GOD'S LOVE, power, and promises. |

Sunnyshinylight:“Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:” — Hebrews 12:28 (KJV) “God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.” — Psalms 89:7 (KJV) |

Kayberg:Stuck in acute lack of emphasis, stunted growth and blindfolded choice ignorance. You can choose to accept reality or continue with your outdated facts and misrepresentation of the reality of the gospel. Facts are abundantly rich in explaining the situation with your fear conception. I still maintain that you not to fear the LORD but to respect and honour HIM. |

Kayberg:Your bible or our heavenly mirrors?. I understand you are still under fear, so keep being afraid, as for us we have passed from condemnation to everlasting joy hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah. You can't understand anyway until you humble your flesh and receive grace which is given to the humble! |

Sunnyshinylight:I have given you several Bible passages that explicitly say, "Fear GOD." and yet you reject them all. The Bible knows the difference between revering GOD, respecting GOD, and fearing GOD; but why did it use the three words on different occasions? Therefore, your self made explanations will never stand before me. And I'll say again, if you really know GOD, you will fear GOD. You'd really never have any fear of GOD in you because your heart has been hardened against Him regardless of what you might think you are saying here. |

Kayberg:You said when you see God you will fear him? Alright, let us study and look at some instances in the scriptures when men met the lord.,..... Jesus telling Jairus to "fear not, only believe" (Mark 5:36) Mark 5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe. Angels to shepherds; Luke 2:10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. God to Moses: "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will show to you today" (Exodus 14:13). God to Jacob: "I am God, the God of your father. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation there" (Genesis 46:3). And then the divine encounter... John was writing the Book of Revelation on the island of Patmos when he received a vision of Jesus in his glorified state. John's reaction: The sight was so overwhelming that John fell at Jesus' feet as if he were dead. Jesus' response: Jesus laid his right hand on John and said, "Do not be afraid". Jesus' identity: He then identified himself as "the First and the Last," "the Living One," and the one who holds the keys to death and Hades. I wonder the God you claim to have seen that is telling you to fear him. Of course it is not our LOVE, OUR FATHER, THE FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. THE GOD OF LOVE AND AWE REVERENCE. |

Sunnyshinylight:Now I see you don't understand the Bible. Let's break down your quoted verses: “As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.” — Mark 5:36 (KJV) Our LORD JESUS CHRIST said there to Jairus, "Fear not, only believe." Did He tell Jairus not to fear Him or that Jairus should not be afraid his daughter is dead, but rather believe? “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.” — Luke 2:10 (KJV) Is the Angel GOD? Is it written anywhere that, "Fear GOD'S Angels"? But still, when anyone sees an Angel of GOD, why do you think the Angels do tell them not to be afraid? Because the Angels know they will be afraid because of the appearance and glory they come with. I have seen GOD'S Angels several times, but not as much as the LORD JESUS CHRIST have shown Himself to me. “And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.” — Exodus 14:13 (KJV) This was Moses talking and encouraging the people of Israel and this was GOD'S response to Moses: Exodus 14 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁵ And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: ¹⁶ But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. ¹⁷ And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. ¹⁸ And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen. “And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:” — Genesis 46:3 (KJV) Did GOD tell Jacob there, "Fear Me not to go down to Egypt…" This is how you guys twist the Bible and give it your personal translations and explanations. Revelation 1 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁷ And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: ¹⁸ I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Our LORD JESUS CHRIST told John not to be afraid, because He knows John was afraid and terrified when he saw Him. He didn't tell John, "Don't fear Me." Did He? Do you think John was not afraid when he saw Him? Did John not know and see Him when He was still among them? Now, which of these verses tells you not to fear GOD? I have seen the LORD likewise in my dreams, and the moment I find myself before Him, by a powerful attraction, I always find myself on my hands and knees before Him, with my face bowed to the ground. Who do you even take this GOD for? A mere person? A six feet tall man? What do you take Him for? What do you know of His terribility? Why do you think the Israelites told Moses they can not stay and watch His appearance on Mount Sinai? And you said I'm still living in the Old Covenant… this is always the word of excuse by you guys who remove the commandments of GOD, just to satisfy themselves and polish their ways in the unethical. Was John and Peter living in the Old Covenant? That's why I'm saying, if you know GOD, you will NEVER open your mouth to tell anyone not to fear Him. |

Kayberg:I know why you are in darkness, it's all about your mind! Oh what a generation, in one sentence he said to the man to fear not, but to fear him only, is that true, are you sure you are okay? Do you even know what you are taking about? I can see you've learnt nothing. Your next response will determine wether I will block you off my page or not. Because you see, the scripture said ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. |

Sunnyshinylight:You are the one in darkness here. Dispute and reject any of these stated facts if you have the words to. I analyzed out your errors, corrected them, set them straight, off your contortion, and you call it darkness… what darkness? Tell me which of them is wrong, and prove them wrong using the Bible itself. If you are searching for who to deceive technically or mislead when it comes to the Bible, I am a wrong target. Prove the quotes wrong. And it's even quite hilarious you had to remove the first words in Exodus 14:13 and change it to GOD to Moses, instead of Moses said to the people… Who are you trying to mislead or deceive? 🤨 You're not the first to block me for exposing their errors on this platform. So block me and show you don't have the right words to defend a false and misleading doctrine. And when you block me, make sure you delete your profile too, because I'll still view your posts offline, copy the links, mention you, and comment on them online. So, waste no time to hit the block button. I'm waiting. |

Sunnyshinylight:That's not the answer I was expecting. “God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.” — Psalms 89:7 (KJV) You see how that verse differentiated between fear and reverence? If you are in Zion, you will understand the above. GOD is not in your kind of zion. “And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries, when they had heard that the LORD fought against the enemies of Israel.” — 2 Chronicles 20:29 (KJV) Now, do those countries stated here know or revere the GOD of Israel/Judah that made them fear Him? No, but because they've seen what He is capable of. Instead of you to observe carefully and learn, you're fighting against the truth. Your pastors did a very bad indoctrination on you. I'll leave you with this closing verse: “(To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David the servant of the LORD.) The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.” — Psalms 36:1 (KJV) And I'm still waiting for the blocking you threatened. |

| Re: Why You Don't Need To Fear God by Kayberg: 9:50am On Nov 03, 2025 |
lightblazingnow:You call me a demon for quoting an Angel of GOD, and the Spirits of GOD, saying: “Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” — Revelation 14:7 (KJV) “And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.” — Revelation 19:5 (KJV) Who then is the demon here if not you and her? Now I see why Paul said the women should not be permitted to teach, but unfortunately, you're not a woman, unless you're the same person using a different moniker, or you're MaxInDHouse, because what are you too so afraid of to block me too from seeing your comments? That's gossip and backbiting. If you are courageous enough, why say things behind my back? Sunnyshinylight:And back to you, I told you I'll still see your comments, yea, and I'll still reply to you. I am a demon for emphasizing on the truth of the Bible? I think you are the demons here for trying to harden the hearts of people against GOD by your words. I stand on the word of GOD as written in the Bible, and not you, nor anyone will confuse or convince me on the otherwise. JESUS CHRIST said: Fear GOD, and I say, fear Him. Angels say: Fear GOD and give Him glory. The Apostles say: Fear GOD. But here you are, saying, "Don't fear GOD, they're demons for telling you to fear GOD." Explain to me, who sounds like the demons here? |
