Zion Suzuki. Ghanaian-Japanese. Not Naija related ooo 😁

Anyway, he's an impressive young GK too. Not surprised he is Japan's #1 now.
he's error prone and inconsistent

Zion of the last 2 games? Infact, Zion in 25/26 so far generally? He's been more impressive than bad. Still so young too.

Bassey's been okay since the error made. Love how he did not let it define the rest of his game today.

Errors are part of the game, yes... but mehn, not a good thing to make it too often.

This is Chelle's latest interview granted to Odegbami. I'm off to go listen to it now. Come along my people.

I really like that Chelle talked about identity & philosophy of Nigerian football. Things like that make thing Eguavoen is a figurehead Technical Director.

Chelle also mentioned his formations 442, 451, 532.

The screenshot below is exactly what I was expecting Chelle's thoughts of the Benin game to be

Rivers Utd are 1-0 up vs Black Bulls Maputo in 2nd leg of the CAF CL 2nd round.
Aggregate score is now 1-1.

If they win, they advance to the money spinning group stage of the CAF CL.

And Bassey spoils his work with another error. Newcastle score from that possession turnover. Another misplaced pass by Bassey. Leno saved the first strike but not the second.

Bassey's 4th error leading to shots for the opposition this season so far. 2 have been scored.

Bassey is a mess today, total unforced errors leading to 2 goals against his team, what a poor outing today, bad day in the office

He should sit out some games to reset himself

Is this true Osimhen asked to be substituted against Bodo Glimt ?
I hope our striker is okay o
Boy should just prioritize UCL since he’s won local league & cup
We really need him for the 2 tough playoff games next month
CAF didn’t even space the games to 3 days interval, it’s just 2 days in between 2 battles
Has Chukwueze fully recovered ?
osimhen is alright, chukwueze just recovered from his calf injury and wasn't on the team sheet today
