Pepper sensation on skin? Your sensors are sensing some sort of pain, which might be linked to dry skin or exposed skin. It has absolutely nothing to do with your god-things or your prayers.

Did you scrape or scratch yourself in this region? Are you wearing clothing that may have caused some sort of abrasion on the part of skin involved? Apply vaseline or ointment on the area at least. And try to pay better attention to the details of what happened next time you notice that same sensation.
