What is the present power supply situation in your area... Since after the upgrade in Lagos we barely get up to 6 hours supply of power daily..

In my area sometimes I get 3 hours of power supply in three days and still have to pay about 25k monthly.

I learnt the power supply meant for Ikorodu was redirected to Band A cities like Ikeja and Festac.

Presently, I spend more than 10k weekly refuelling my generator.

I just have to switch to solar power..

What do you have to say about power supply at Ikorodu

Guy u don't stay in ikorodu u stay in ogun state
Op is 100% right ours at Benson is 5-6 hrs
But my guy at aga (pashoku) say Der is 3hrs for 24hrs

Una go belong to one section of a place and begin dey talk for a whole place in general. Instead of you to just State your own area in Ikorodu and allow others to speak for their area.

Anyway, here in IJEDE, we are bold of having 15 to 20 hours of supply in a day.

IJEDE is where Egbin Power Station is and I can tell you for free that when I moved in to this area 10 years ago, power supply use to be between 23 to 24 hours per day.

Is it really maintenance? I learnt the power supply to the city were I resided was redirected to other cities (Band A)

Before August we get 48hours of power supply before interruption but now it is barely three hours power supply daily... sometimes no power supply for two or three days

Definitely you are staying around Gbogbo area, their electricity does not pass three hours a day.

Why charging 23k electricity bill monthly when we get barely 3 hours power supply daily?

I stay at Elepe and the light isn't like before since the 1 month repair they embarked on then.

Since we got moved to Band B ,the whole of laspotech ,first gate axis has been on 3hrs -5hrs a day and thats for day they wish to turn it on .Burning 10k fuel daily ,I asked our estate CDA if we can opt for BAND A since we were moved from there, response i got was i should relocated from the estate if im desperate for BAND A .

This Ikorodu thread is doing numbers. Seun, fergie001 or mynd44 takes this to the promise land make community solve their problem.

Back then we experience at least 20 hours of power supply daily...

I learnt that during the upgrade most of the power supply meant for Ikorodu was redirected to Festac, Isolo and Ikeja.

I am on estimated billing and I pay 23k monthly when I presently don't consume up to 3kw/h
