I think Your Landlord has summarized you and decided you are not the type he wants to engage with, that is why he chose to end all communications with you.
Some Landlord cant stand disrespectful Tenants, infact, l will offer you to leave immediately and refund your rent to you, on the spot.

When Cement goes from N3000, to N11,000 within a few months, when Iron Rod goes from N133,000 to over N500,000 per Tone, check out astronomical increases in price of Wire Cables, electrical fittings, Plumbing materials, Sand and Granite, not to mention Bricklayer Labor going from N3000 to between N8,000 - N10,000 per day, depending on location?

If your Landlord lives in that House, he will have no choice than to quickly fix that Borehole Pump because he needs Water as well.
But since it is a 'Tenant's Community', if you people like, leave it like that for One Year, na una problem.

How much does it cost to buy a New Borehole Pump, that all of you cant contribute and replace it immediately, instead of disturbing somebody abroad?
You think someone who lives Abroad, has time for the chicken-change you guys pay her as Rent?
All your Rent combined for three years, may not be more than Cost of living for One Month, where she lives.
Maybe she just have you guys in the House, so that it is not completely Empty but still collecting some change to cover the Cost of running the place and pay her Lawyer out of it.

You forgot landlords build those houses to raise income to take care of their families too? I house rent was 200k two years ago when a bag of rice was 34k, it should still remain 200k now that a bag of rice is selling for 70k plus?
