It's better imagined than experienced. I hope people won't start dying soon due to non availability of ARVs as it was the case when hiv was first discovered.

I had a friend back in 2004 who was positive. She was very open about it and didn't allow it get to her. She enjoyed life.

I don't know if she's still alive, though! Hers was AIDS not mere HIV.
