Hello everyone, I applied for GCub but missed the PEC application, so does anyone know a page or link I can use to search for schools or monitor schools that are currently open for application, especially the ones that offer scholarships? Thank you

Sorry about this, next time always do some finding on your own before engaging anyone's assistance.
If you did you would have realised some mix up in the information the agent was presenting to you.
Most of what you wrote up there "sounds like" the PECG scholarship program which is for undergraduate and in line with your mention of first class. It's not the GCUB which you say it is because that's a Masters and PhD scholarship program while it is taught in Portuguese language it is not as strict as PECG in insisting you have Portuguese proficiency at the admission stage. GCUB stipend is 2100 Reis and above. Once you get your award letter you don't need any assistance for your visa which is expedited since the embassy already has your name and expecting your application.
I know there is a genuine organisation in Lagos doing Celpibras language training majorly for people intending to pursue undergraduate studies in Brazil.

Main training center is LASUCAS (in Lagos State University), then there is also Obafemi Awolowo University.
You can also ask of FOTE (Friends of the Environment) through the Brazilian Embassy, Lagos. Its an NGO.
You can only do the training at those centres in Nigeria, then take the exam when you get to Brazil.

Please has anyone received any information about the results for the 2025 GCUB scholarship? The date slated for the result release is today but I'm yet to see any news regarding it.
