Yeah, that's a reason a landlord can raise his rents. Why would a place that's supposed to be occupied by a couple suddenly become home to 10 people? I only rent my spots out to couples, I expect them to be responsible. I don't have problems with them having kids and all, but when they start bringing in many friends to live with them, that's a breach of our agreement.
