None of the matches will go into extras ..na outright win go determine everything
I think the final will be cagey, both teams will be scared to commit too much

So nobody here listens to Godwin Enakhena. I'm disappointed. He is the only nigerian journalist that spits facts but Gen Zs here will rather watch tiktok and claim they know Nigerian football
if he said anything interesting just share it because I don’t understand this one you are doing

Might Osimhen be heading to Juventus next?
Spalleti helped develop him to his current level
Osimhen isn't leaving Gala anytime soon
He might even retire there

Have we needed a Japanese billionaire to bail us out under this current regime? Pinnick that had a warrant out for his arrest after the government caught him red handed. Let me hear word.

Gabon almost defeated the Ivorians home and away. Infact they struck the woodwork on both occasion.

Their midfield is strong and fast, and with Auba they have a predator who could punish any team. The chance we gave to Benin or South Africa were too much. Someone like Auba will punish us!

If we are going to play 4-4-2. This will be my team

Osayi/Awaziem Federick Bassey Sanusi

Chukwu Onyeka/Onyedika Ndidi Moses/Iwobi/Dele Bash

Lookman and Osihmen

I still can't get over it; I mean, how did we even get this lucky to be in the playoffs.

Just rewatched the game now and just like Hugo broose earlier in the week stated, our players didn't even know that they needed to score 4 goals to qualify.

After Onyeka scored the 4th, he celebrated as though the goal was just an icing on the cake not knowing that that one goal is as important as Osimehn's three and boom will sneaked into the 4th place pushing out another team whose only crime was to get 6 points from the weakest team.

This is a clear sign that God really wants us to be at the world cup.

collins said the nff president was inside the team's locker room before the match and during half time to inform the team of the 4 goals. The players were on social media a day before the match. They know about the 4 goals required. Why do you think osimehn took and ball and ran back to the half line after scoring at 3 mins. Only Hugo knows where he got his info from.

The fact that someone is from state with you or same tribe shouldn't make you jump to defend them whenever their names are been mentioned

That's how Nigeria got to this level. The conflicts between primordial sentiments and civic sentiments.

Drop the name K.Nwakali for good or bad and Charlesemeka85 crawls out.

Drop Porto is bigger than Fulham, Komekn crawls out

Drop National football teams Jobs, Elyte89 and his ineffective lawyer crawl out.

Drop the name Amaju Pinnick and speak as his Voltron, and Humility33 crawls out.

The ways of this thread are not hard for he/she who pays keen attention.

Well if you consider how Nwabali tried to waste time without getting any serious words from the senior players any non Nigerian who watched the game will think like Hugo.

Try not to speak in absolutes. How did you reach the conclusion that nobody listens to Godwin and how is he the only one that "spits facts? Have you listened to the tens of thousand of journalists all over the nation to arrive at that conclusion?

BTW, some of us started listening to Godwin some 2 decades ago, I'm pretty sure there are many like that here. Followed his journey from radio with his then partner Charles Anazodo then to LTV 8 with Emeka Nwanni, Leye Dada, Oma Akatugba etc then to Sport Splash. He tries to be fair but he's also not 100% objective as he has friends in the glass house too and may sometimes shy away from saying what needs to be said.
Add cufre, adigun. He trained them all. Hes been there done that from mfm to sporting lagos and came out vindicated. So you can't say he is not objective

yeah, that was the puzzling part of it. Couldn't reconcile the urgency in the first half and the second half display of nwabali. The way the team celebrated that onyeka's goal shows that they knew how important that goal was or maybe they were just happy for onyeka idk. Atleast it is over for now. We await gabon and the final in 15 days.

The suggested steps won't elicit any FIFA ban as they are well within the constitution of the NFF. Also, the primary goal as outlined is to overhaul the entire system which sadly can't be achieved with your suggestion. Proving a corruption case against the NFF is almost impossible a task. You're very unlikely to get the necessary paper trail needed for a conviction, and even if you do, proving a fraud case beyond reasonable doubt is a tough ask.

Then, should you succeed in getting a conviction, you'll at best succeed in removing maybe the NFF president and the general secretary, a replacement will them be selected amongst the current board who make up the cesspool of incompetence we are trying to get away from. Back to square one.

If you read my steps carefully, you'll see the goal really is to play within what the current structure allows, get enough voting power to effect change then change said constitution to something more contemporary while not violating FIFA's interference clause.
It is NOT your responsibility to prove anything. That is the work of FIFAs Ethics Committee. Evidence is different from proof.

If you provide a reasonable report I’m sure they’ll look into it. If it turns out to be true, everybody involved go collect not just two people.
