Good morning, thank you so much for your support and your professional advice. Though I may not be able to give you battery life in term of percentage, I can guarantee that the battery performance is still okay.
However, if replacing the battery will get the issue fixed, I'll explore the option. My only concern is that what have in the market are fake batteries.

Lol. The phone is as clean as new because it is neatly maintained. I took that picture after a phone engineer worked on it but didn't get the issue. The rubber was used to hold the back glass in place temporarily for the gum to dry.
