Make sure you document everything, record anything you can and report to your manager/supervisors. But make sure you are not found wanting at your job, as a matter of fact, you should double your input in this job.

Stop seeing him as your brother and friend.
Avoid him and stop arguing with him or complain to anyone about his wrong doings towards you
Behave as if he doesn't exist
Don't joke with your midnight prayers but if you are the type that is not strong in prayers inform your mother, siblings and your wife let them be praying for you.

Play your game more calmly though firmly. If he does what's annoying.. React reasonably, and make your position clear and firm. Afterwards ignore him. Don't let him turn your reputation to a fighting irritating person. People are watching what is happening. Be in control of yourself

He's the temptation sent to you in that job... You have to pray and apply wisdom in all scenarios cos things can get ugly pretty fast if you allow raw emotions to take over.... Be careful he's trying to use everything and means to implicate you

Have tired to ignore him but he found a way to get me pissed this morning he brought up the issues to the captain and chief mate have just been handed my list quary letter this next letter is outright sack from d job. Am currently depress can't even eat #and completely sad. Y us the world so evil u cam to look for my trouble I react am d one whose job is on d line. They have called me In company office just few minutes ago to warn me any misconduct from my side u will be replaced

And I was only moved to write that reply this morning, maybe if you had seen it earlier you would have been more in control. His plan is already working. Please don't fall into his trap. You see it played out exactly how I wrote it, and giving you a querry letter is an attempt to sack you if it happens again.
Please keep praying, and keep your emotions in check. In fact henceforth, when dealing or talking with him, find means to record the conversation as proofs. You have to be strategic , calm and prayerful. That boy wants to get you sacked and you can't know how far he will go.
Another reason you need those recordings is to gather evidence in case you have to defend yourself and incase you have to tell your Uncles

No be small frustration o. It happens. I have been In a job environment that was toxic that everyday felt like court sentence and like trying to watch ones back. I almost lost my life on that job that I end up in hospital that hospitalize me for over 6months.Battle day o
... Please don't take it lightly. Another plan of that Boy as you said Is to create problem between you and your uncle and eventually get you sacked so that he can also start rebellion against your uncle. Obviously he doesn't even like or appreciate your uncle. It's a two way battle. Gather evidence to alert your uncle.
And keep praying and working with wisdom and preparing for his irritation and response ahead before time, so you can be in control. Now is time to be diligent in your work, make less friend, talk less.. Because you don't really know who is your friend among them
