I had this bag that year 😭😭😭 It will not buy calabash for them.
I literally lost myself. I almost saw my family as haters. I kept chanting “no matter the matter” 😄😄
I was always struggling to complete my 250 pv every month 😩. Any money I see gets back into the business.

The last straw was when my upline suspended me from the office. I picked up my bag and never looked back… they called me back after the said suspension and I told them I was done!

Now whenever I run into them, I play it like I am interested, offer them a seat, let them talk for an hour or two, then I am like, "No, not for me."

I was jobless and broke ànd my mum force me to go to church for prayets to get new job.

After attending the church program.

The next day na so one tall dark babe in sun shades stop me for street. Say excuse me

I ran home to spread the good news. Mumsi was like I told you my God is strongest

That evening I receive text telling me to come for job interview. After jubilating.
One mind said go to nairaland and search of people have recieved this type of message.

Lo ànd behold that is how I found out it was Neolife scam.

My mama don dey call her sister dey dance say I don get new job miraculously after attending their church program.

She give me anointing oil to rub on my face before going to interview. Kaiiiii

She come dey stress me make i buy new shoe to impress the boss.
Imagine say I buy shoe to impress Neolife boss wey no get shoe

Waiting for the interview day until I found out it was Neolife scam.

The thing really broke me that Year

I have encountered some Nigerians selling their products in Ghana recently. First was a girl that approached me somewhere to sell her products...it was late and she confided in me she and her friend( they sell in groups) came from Kumasi to Accra and where supposed to go back but hadn't made enough sales to go back they didn't have a place to sleep bla bla. Cute fair girl... but the way she was ozing I could tell she had been under the sun hustling since morning. I hate taking advantage of people so I gave them what I could and they left. I met her another time in a different city some time later. She don trek reach there.


Another Nigerian guy also approached me while I wanted to drive out on a different day asking I give him and his friend (another group) money so they could have something to eat as they hadn't made any sale from morning (it was also late night) i was just thinking in my head how people let people take advantage of them so easily.

I told him I didn't have any money at the spur of the moment (unlucky dude when I thought of it) immediately he left I felt bad and remorse for not helping and drove back looking for him but couldn't find him again.

I called the number he gave me but the number hasn't connected since then. I even tried the number yesterday to see if it would connect but still didn't go through.

Guy's name is Sammy and I assume he left back for Nigeria hence his number isn't connected!

Your experience confirms that most Nigerians are hardworking people who will do anything legitimate to make a living.

Having said that, that line of business is actually designed to thrive when people consume wellness products and register as regular users. However, many Africans have presented the business as a get-rich-quick scheme that relies solely on recruiting others. When non-consumers are registered, they are expected to earn points by purchasing and using the products. But this often doesn't happen because they lack the purchasing power. In the end the business fails. Poverty is to blame for the failure of the business mode

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Network marketing as originally designed.

In many developed countries it has worked for decades.

The problem is how the model is deployed in Nigeria. The very fundamentals are distorted here and deceitful schemes are hatched and implemented without any consideration for the victims.

The products are superb and work as supplements.

The business model is flawless if you take time to study the script as presented by the company. Most people in Nigeria don't read. All we do is listen and we are easily deceived by the convoluted success stories (however please note that there are genuine successes recorded but only few and far apart)

If you understand the model and strictly adhere to the terms without a transferred excitement then you will not be under pressure.

Start with registering as a distributor, buy and use the products as you may need them and then begin to share your experiences confidently.

Avoid group trainings and canvassing for downlines on a permanent basis. Continue with your daily schedule and whatever you do please do not stock products.
