The third game holds a special place for me – I played it until I close to graduating from high school. Then, my dad and I would often have disagreements about my gaming habits.

Even to this day, he finds it hard to believe I've moved on from it, and he'll occasionally call just to cheekily ask about if I’m still playing the game. It always end in laughter, making for a truly memorable experience

I miss the good old days. This was the period were 99% of boys would graduate from secondary school as virgins and 95% of girls will also graduate as virgins. Unlike now wey be say na about 14% dey graduate as virgins from secondary school. If you doubt me, ask your babe.
This was also a time where 99% of DNA test dey positive because most men married virgins(fresh) women unlike now wey over 50% na negative because most people are forced to manage leftovers as partners.
This was a time when money get value and children had morals unlike now wey nudity and and toxicity don spoil the world.
This was a time when people dey go village go marry because we had good babes over there, unlike now wey single mothers full village pass city. Abeg the list too plenty jare!!!

Coso. The good old days now, this days children are missing alot

Oh how I did all of them.
I played koso.
I played the soccer game with kanta.
I carved and made my own catapult to shoot birds and anything I feel like shooting, including trouble.

Living legend? Not necessarily this games exist within a 45 year span going back to the present time

Meaning anyone within that timeline could have played any of this

When Big size Tiger battery was still in the market

So myself and my brother were going for midweek service at our church 2003 when we decided to passby a football pitch and feed our eyes.

We de one side de play Koso jejely ooo when one egbon came by and asked to join us play, 2 against one, na so me and my brother want damage him hand with blood 😆 🤣 😂 😹 time was getting late and he no gree make we go fa say unless we complete this koso game.. only way out was to receive 5 heavy knocks on the head each 😭.

That was my last time playing koso

Majority of these games were mostly played and enjoyed during the Summer break. We also have kite, rubber game, using paper for fan and running with it. During August Summer(Mango season) we used to make our own telephone, we would break the hard nut of mango, remove the living tiny ant inside and wrap it in a paper and use it to form telephone. August/Early Sept was the most enjoyable moment.

Life in Shogunle, Lagos State: About 12 tenants in the bungalow building, we have Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Efik, Ebira and Edo. Each of the tenants (including my parents) has about 3 to 6 kids and just ONE bathroom and ONE toilet for the all the battalions in the building but we the kids used to bathe outside.
