Gone are days when PDP is still a political party. The party highest organ allow Wike to destroy the party and they could not sanction him for one bit. I see all of them decamping to ADC and APC.
Atiku is the real culprit who destroyed pdp.

And those who cooperated with him to make pdp national chairman and presidential candidate come from North against the party constitution.

Those who said no to such impunity cannot be the culprit.

Make una advise Pdp to collapse their structure for president Tinubu in 2027. If they put their house in order before 2031, Nigerians will vote for the party presidential candidate as long as the person is credible to some extent

pdp is not a platform for anyone who wants to compete in 2027.

Jonathan knows he is not coming anywhere except inside his wife's pot.

Peter Obi your nightmare! 🤣🤣🤣

Since Peter Obi came from nowhere and gave their champion a bloody nose in his Lagos, it has been very difficult for them to forgive him for doing the unthinkable.

You wouldn't want to disobey a court order. Would you?

Go to appeal court for redress before proceeding with your convention
So what happens if the tenure of the current office holders expire? Think before you type Na.

It's rarely a good idea to ignore a court order.

That is not a court order

It was an error in judgement

No court has the right to dictate to s political party

And the matter has been settled by the supreme Court.

Senate president akpabio did not win Senate primaries but APC decided to give him ticket dispute court order stopping him but because of the amended electoral process , supreme Court couldn't even stop him .

He went ahead and became the senator and went further to become Senate president

This is someone that did not win his primaries

Same as lawan who also did not win his primaries

So PDP will convene and choose their machineries and no court has the right to stop them

No court in the world can stop you from breathing accept they order you to death

So no court in the world can stop any political party including PDP from functioning except that court decided to disband PDP as a political party so what ever judgement from that crook of a James is compromising .

On what basis even is he stopping the PDP convention?

Been waiting for your comment

Pls you know we all knew it was going to be like this because James is a compromised person working for wike and APC interestd

Pls what are the possible outcome and what are the consequences but we all know that APC had similar issues and went ahead with their party affairs

Kindly elaborate

I have not seen the CTCbof the Judgement that's why I refrained from commenting but one of two options:-

1. Get a Stay and proceed with the National Convention (risky)

2. Abort the planning.

3. Worst case scenario, summon NEC and extend the tenure of the current NWC by 3 months or get a Caretaker.

The Committees have been doing their work assiduously and they have gone too far in planning to start waiting, then issuing correspondenxes then wait another 21 days and all that. The NWC tenure ends this.month.

For the Wike people, they will rather PDP do not have any Candidate. However, the best option is to proceed with the National Convention, sit back shift maybe one or two weeks, but it MUST hold in November.

So what is the risky part in the no.1 ?

If getting a stay is ok and same court proceedings .

Again, can't James be petitioned against?

There should be deterrent

Jonathan has lost from Bayelsa (his base) already.
Governor, All members of Bayelsa House of Assembly, 2 Senators out of 3 (including the senator representing Ogbia where Jonathan comes from), 3 members of House of Rep (out of 5).
Decision to decamp is a clear proof that Jonathan is not contesting.

The straw that broke the carmel's back is that pdp is now officially being ruled by 2 factions. Each faction suspended the other.

The implication is that even seriake dickson and all pdp aspirants are standing on just one of their toes. Court may nullify all their nominations like APC had suffered twice in Rivers State and once in Zamfara state.

Expect more decamping out of pdp from Bayelsa and all other states in Nigeria.
