This story is shamefully familiar with Nigerian so called elites. Very useless and foolish bunch of people. They have the financial means to single handedly transform their entire families and home town, yet the foolishness of the typical African will simply not allow them to make any impact. They're happy living lavishly in the midst of poverty. Atleast if you can go to that length of buying somebody's wife (as if you can't go to the abroad yourself and marry any type of woman you want), atleast take care of her and give her and give her the best life money can buy, but no, he just had to screw himself up and maltreat her and even sleep with her daughter. Now he will end up loosing everything, his name is tarnished, he will loose millions in the likely upcoming Court case, his businesses will be ruined and so forth. Its all downhill for him from here.
Now imagine if he had lived his life like dangote, build industries in his home town, genuinely and legitimately marry any woman he wants from anywhere in the world instead of buying somebody's wife. I have no pity for him because I personally know this kind of people. Very stingy and wicked to their own family but can spend any amount imaginable on women. I hope he loses all his money and investments. Bunch of low life, low morals hypocrites masquerading as leaders in society

I'm not sure you read the story. She was a child bride when they brought her to Nigeria. The former husband sold her to the Hausa man. It's the same as young African girls trafficked abroad. She's powerless unless she runs away and leaves her kids behind

Spousal abandonment is against the law. You could instead seek separation or divorce. Also it is criminal to abandon your children. Whether your life is threatened or not, you are there parent and are required to provide them support until they are of age regardless of where they end up.

Have you considered a divorce court or a law suit? That should remedy your situations especially with the kids.
