You need to be connected to the pure and undiluted love of GOD which manifests as Light and Sound.

You can try the HU song to experience God's love.

Just 15mins to 20 mins everyday. Try it and see the changes yourself. You will get the help you need sorting out the everyday burdens of karma.

"Evil lineage" is mostly habitual, negative self-talk, negative patterns of belief, worldviews and emotions you inherited from your environment as a kid

It's a raging river you might have to step out of..

That Hu song above, or any mantra that can interrupt your inner dialogue for 30-90 days could help break you out of mental ruts (that's what I consider evil lineage to be)

Get scent leaf, pluck it and put it in a small bowl with not too much water innit, then squeeze it the way you squeeze bitter leaf, after that sieve out the water and mix it with Ur bathing water, don't use sponge and soap, pray on it before Bathing.
