Hello everyone. Is it possible to move some funds from the money market on stanbic to ethical funds on stabic without withdrawal. That is to say when the app asks method to fund the ethical wallet you click on the money market. Has anyone done something like this before. If it's not possible how do I move a portion of funds in the money market to ethical funds Thank you |

Stanbic really messed up last week Thursday when I did a top up into my equity fund. Instead of them to credit my equity fund account with the e-account number clearly stated in the transaction details. They went and credit my mutual fund account. How do I resolve this anomaly? I've sent a mail since Friday and no response to the issue |

jp130:send them an email OR call their customer support. Either way, it would be resolved. Phone calls, often are much faster than emails |

| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 8:25am On Nov 03, 2025 |
heavenisreal18:If she gets upfront interest on the Tbills, she should maintain status quo, but if interest is at the end of tenor, everything should be invested in MMF with reinvestment of interest option. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by Allboiz: 8:46am On Nov 03, 2025 |
enemerci:Simply write them a mail to do that for you |
| Re: Mutual Funds by heavenisreal18: 9:44am On Nov 03, 2025 |
emmasoft:Thank you she get upfront but now the percentage of T-bill is even 14.50 percent, |
| Re: Mutual Funds by talk2tonie: 12:32pm On Nov 03, 2025 |
heavenisreal18:Is this 14.5% before withholding tax or after? |
| Re: Mutual Funds by heavenisreal18: 2:51pm On Nov 03, 2025 |
talk2tonie:This is the interest you will get on the money you invested after maturity they will then remove 10percent WHT of your profit .let say your profit is 100k ,they will deduct 10k |
| Re: Mutual Funds by heavenisreal18: 2:53pm On Nov 03, 2025 |
emmasoft:Pls do they deduct WHT from MMF too if I want to withdraw accrued interest |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 3:53pm On Nov 03, 2025*. Modified: 6:08pm On Nov 03, 2025 |
heavenisreal18:The rate displayed for MMF is usually net of expenses except stated othewise. There is no form of deduction when withdrawing your interest. |
