Ordinary Somalia with nothing gave the US a hard time. It’s not only by technology. Can you fight people in their terrain? See what the people of Yemen and Afghanistan did with crude weapons. Africans are highly skilled in Guerrilla warfare. You can’t defeat that.

The solution is to ban open grazing and restrict it to Sambisa, State of Emergency in States with terrorist activity so that the terrorists can be wiped out and arms moped up, strategic assassination of all their sponsors and a repeal of Sharia. Nigeria is a multi ethnic and multi religious country. As long as we are not yet regional, everyone should be subject to the same laws.

You can’t safely grant regional government without securing security and peace first. You will always have to watch your back. The North will be on fire and the chaos will spill over to all regions. President needs to activate DSS heavily with secret missions and wipe out sponsors and terrorist leaders. Infiltrate their camps and create distrust amongst them. Put heavy bounties on their heads. Na dem go wipe themselves out, out of fear.
