To My Fellow Muslims in Nigeria 🇳🇬
~ Ahmed Dayo Ladan.

Let’s be honest with ourselves no emotion, no sentiment, just truth.
Yes, Muslims have also been killed in this country. Nobody denies that. We’ve lost innocent lives in mosques, villages, and marketplaces from Zamfara to Borno. But let’s stop twisting facts: who are the killers?

Are they Christians? No.
Are they Jews? No.
Are they Buddhists? No.

They are Jihadists extremists who hide under the name of Islam to slaughter both Christians and Muslims who disagree with their madness.

So when Christians cry out that they are being massacred because of their faith, let’s stop rushing to say “Muslims are victims too.” That’s not the point. Christians are being targeted in the name of religion. Muslims are being killed for refusing to join in the madness. Both are victims but the ideology behind the killing wears a Jihadist face, not a Christian one.

No Christian has ever killed a Muslim in this country in the name of Jesus (pbuh). But how many times have we seen mobs shouting “Allahu Akbar” while burning churches and murdering innocent people? From Borno to Jos Plateau, from Kaduna to Yola these things happened, and we all know it.

Remember Deborah Yakubu in Sokoto?
She was lynched in broad daylight and many Muslims, including lawyers, defended her killers. That was the moment Nigeria lost its moral compass. Instead of defending justice, we defended evil because the victim was a Christian and the killers were Muslims.

That’s why the world no longer takes our defense seriously. We can’t claim to be victims while defending the monsters among us.
Until Muslims in Nigeria openly condemn and fight Jihadists with the same energy they defend Islam, this bloodshed will never end. Every time you justify or stay silent, you’re empowering those who destroy our image and faith.

Let’s stop being hypocritical. This isn’t about defending religion it’s about saving our humanity. Islam means peace, but too many people have turned it into a weapon.

We must unite Muslims and Christians against the Jihadists who have hijacked our country.
Enough is enough.
Silence is no longer an option.

Peace

We must not allow foreign narratives to mislead us. The extremists are the real enemy, and they have no religion. Both Christians and Muslims have suffered at the hands of these terrorists.

You call 'Jihad' madness? Jihad is the foundation of Islam.
Have you forgotten what Anubi said (pbuh), he said the kingdom and propegation of Islam is in the shadow of the sword.

So it's either your not a Muslim or an hypocrite

The killing in Benue Plateau Taraba is not jihad

It is a land grab by Fulani using mercenaries
Its intent is to wipe out the occupants of the land and replace them with Fulani
That is a genocide

The victims are Christians Tiv, Idoma , Jukun

Therefore it is a genocide with Christian targets

It should not be conflated with other killings like those of Boko Haram

This specific activity occurs with midnight attacks on villagers, women children are not spared and villages are burnt down

This is another trick to divert from the Fulani herdsmen and shift attention to jihadists

The herdsmen is what we are concerned about
Re: To My Fellow Muslims In Nigeria ~ Ahmed Dayo Ladan. by sreamsense: 9:32pm On Nov 03, 2025
Ok, it can only be Yoruba Muslim saying the truth. Majority of them are very peaceful! They can argue with other faith, but will not seek to kill. Their preaching in many mosques is always about moral values.

I would have asked if this Muslim man will be spared for saying this? But when I remembered, he might be residing in the south west of Nigeria, oh; one can go to sleep; no muslim will hunt him in south west for saying that even if the argue, it will only be on taking matter, they are typical example of Islam northern people should embrace

Is still part of jihad strategies! Who are those murderous fullani? Muslims? Who are their hired foreign fighters? Muslims. Just the same way Bokoharam and ISIS do have foreign fighters. Why forcing people out of their lands when they knew they were not the owners and being of opposing faith ? Land grappling is part of jihad to expand territory. They all have hidden Islamic agenda

The message is actually for the Muslims to reflect on why the extremists have been hiding under their religion to perpetrate evil.

If the Tiv people in Benue were Muslims do you believe the Fulani herdsmen would have spared them?
.yes or no?
Fulani herdsmen are not necessarily Muslim that is an assumption
That the fighters are Muslims is another assumption
You clearly did not comprehend what you quoted

Try to do more thinking and less ranting

What is happening in Benue is very different from what is happening in Borno or Zamfara c

The way God will bless you henn

What I expected from the Northern Muslim elite is to totally condemn every act of the killers, you cannot say you're tolerant and you love killers of the other faith than the people being killed

And like I have always said Muslims don't kill themselves except they see you as not Muslim enough, but they kill Christians because they believe they are infidels and are not worthy to live

It would take more than just shouting to convince the US that there's no genocide ooo

Evidence choke

"Boko Haram Reduced Our 176 Churches To 28" – Gwoza Community In Borno Insists On Christian Genocide
November 4, 2025
NEWS

The Gwoza Christian Community Association in Borno State has insisted that there is an ongoing genocide being perpetrated against them by Boko Haram terrorists.

The association, in a statement jointly signed by Rev. Ayuba John Bassa and Rev. Filibus K. Goma, national coordinator and chairman of the Board of Trustees respectively, said they had documentary evidence to back their claims.

In the statement obtained by SaharaReporters, the association said: "When a Senator recently told Channels TV that there is no persecution or genocide against Christians in Borno — particularly in Gwoza — he denied the lived reality of thousands of people he does not know. We are indigenous Christians of Gwoza Local Government Area. What follows is not hearsay or political rhetoric; it is our testimony — a painful record of loss, displacement and erasure.

"Gwoza once had a thriving Christian presence. Before the insurgency, there were more than 176 large church buildings across the local government. Today, 148 of those churches were burnt and lie in ruins. Entire Christian neighbourhoods in Gwoza East and West were flattened; in many places, every Christian home was destroyed."

Reeling out other documented facts, the association further argued, "The human toll and destruction are detailed and specific. In Gava-West alone, 74 towns and villages were sacked, 36,946 families were dispersed, 99 churches were destroyed, and 292 people were killed in September 2013. In Attagara, 13 churches were destroyed, 1,738 families displaced and 140 Christians killed by 3 June 2014. By 9 August 2014, 2,203 Christian houses and 28 churches were destroyed, and 102 Christians — including three pastors — were killed in Gwoza town, Kamba and Ghraza. The total pastors killed by insurgents in Gwoza local government was 12. In other Christian towns within Gwoza, such as Ngoshe, Bokko, Pulka, Limankara, Ngoshe-sama, Barawa and Gava-North, both the loss of life and the physical destruction exceeded local expectations."

It also said that the human cost is staggering . About 107,000 Gwoza Christians are scattered in 27 internally displaced persons camps across seven Nigerian states and in the Minawao refugee camp in Cameroon, while almost 50,000 are squatting with relatives in towns and cities across Nigeria.

The association argued that this pattern — the destruction of churches, removal of Christian families, and official silence or inaction — raises an unavoidable question: Is there a systematic attempt to erase Christians and their heritage from Gwoza?

Concluding, it blamed the leadership of Christians for being too silent and compromised, while it appealed for thorough investigation to ascertain their outcry:

"We plead for truth, accountability and action. To CAN and all Christian bodies: your people are suffering. Will you continue to stand silent? Will you trade the lives and dignity of the displaced for political appointments or other gains?

"To the Nigerian government: fulfil your constitutional duty to protect every citizen irrespective of faith. Conduct independent investigations, prosecute those responsible for targeted attacks, ensure equitable reconstruction and restore the right of displaced Christians to return home with dignity and security.

"To Christians and people of conscience worldwide: pray, speak, advocate and act. Survivors in camps and ruined communities in Gwoza need more than sympathy — they need sustained attention, protection and a pathway to rebuild their lives and heritage.

"This is our testimony as indigenous Christians from Gwoza. The blood and ruins cry out for justice. We have endured atrocities for too long, hoping things would change. They have not. The time for denial and silence is over. Please talk about it until the world knows."
