What is so special about Kwankwaso’s statement that the Tinubu-led APC government is going head over heels circulating it in local languages?

Where's Tinubu’s own statements , threatening fire and brimstone, and committing resources to flush out terrorists and bandits committing heinous crimes? Why aren’t those being circulated in different languages?
