He's the official spokesperson of the Senate/National Assembly. He's responsible for reviewing bills and presenting to the president. He should have first hand information for the president and charge the senators to get to work. He is supposed to be the check and balance coordinator of the interventions of the presidency. He is a key National Leader!!!
