Democrats have flipped two seats on the Georgia Public Service Commission in what were seen as a key bellwether ahead of the 2026 midterms, according to Decision Desk HQ.

Democratic candidates Alicia Johnson and Peter Hubbard, who ran for Georgia Public Service commissioner in Districts 2 and 3, respectively, have defeated GOP incumbents Tim Echols and Fitz Johnson.

The Tuesday election marks the first time since 2000 that a Democrat has won a Public Service Commission race, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

All this except that last year he had “help” like he openly admits too.

This is why I find it difficult to respect the "logic" or "opinions" of Donald Trump supporters.

In 2016 — an election he won — he still claimed there was "widespread voter fraud" because he lost the popular vote.

In 2020, despite being president at the time, he lost to Joe Biden and again claimed there was "widespread voter fraud," even though two of the states where Trump made those claims — Georgia and Arizona — were controlled by Republicans.

So, a quick recap: in an election he won, he still claimed "fraud" because he didn’t win the popular vote. Then, in 2020, as president, he lost and again claimed "fraud," even though two of the key states that helped Biden win were run by Republicans — his own party.

Now, in 2024, he was setting the stage to — once again — claim that the "election was rigged" if he lost. It wasn’t until the trend started to shift toward the likelihood of his victory that day when Trump’s lies about "massive voter fraud" suddenly went silent.

Keep in mind, during the 2024 election, a Democrat, Joe Biden, was president. So if there were ever going to be a year when Democrats rigged an election, it would’ve been the one where they held the presidency.

Except Trump won. And because he won both the Electoral College and the popular vote, you won’t hear him say a single thing about the legitimacy of the vote.

Now, as we head toward the 2026 midterms — with polls showing a very good chance that Democrats could reclaim the House and possibly even the Senate — once again, Trump is out there claiming there will be "massive voter fraud" as Democrats try to "rig the election."

Even though Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House. Somehow, despite all of that, Democrats are still supposedly planning to "rig the election" despite having no power in our government — yet somehow didn’t "rig it" last year, which is how he became president.

If that sounds stupid, it should — because it is.

You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to identify the clear pattern: Donald Trump claims that an election is "rigged" or "stolen" based solely on whether the results are favorable or unfavorable for him.

For a decade, he’s whined, bitched, moaned, and cried about "massive voter fraud," despite the fact that:

1. He won the 2016 election.

2. Republicans maintained control of both the Senate and the House in the 115th United States Congress.

3. They kept power in the Senate in the 116th United States Congress.

4. Reclaimed the House during Biden’s presidency in the 118th United States Congress.

5. Won the 2024 election and currently have complete control of both the House and Senate in the 119th United States Congress.

In other words, since the 2016 election, Republicans have:

- Won 2 out of the last 3 presidential elections.

- Controlled at least one chamber of Congress for all but two years.

Yet that doesn’t stop Donald Trump from claiming that any election that doesn’t go his way is "totally rigged by the Democrats."

Well, geniuses — if Democrats are so powerful and so great at rigging elections, then why the f*ck has Trump won 2 out of the last 3 presidential elections while the GOP has held at least one chamber of Congress for all but two years over the past decade?

Please, logically explain that.

Because I can tell you this much: if Democrats were as nefarious and skilled at "rigging elections" as Donald Trump constantly whines about, there’s no way in hell he’d be president right now with Republicans in full control of Congress.

Yet that’s exactly the reality.

And now, here he is again, setting the table to claim the 2026 midterms are going to be "totally rigged" if the results don’t go his way — even though he’s president and the GOP controls all of Congress.

You can’t make up this level of stupidity.

This is why I say MAGA folks need to stop looking at Democrats negatively for questioning their intelligence — because it’s not us who treats them like idiots, it’s Donald Trump.

No person who truly respects the intelligence of their supporters could say such asinine, illogical things — unless they were counting on their supporters’ ignorance to ensure they never question or doubt anything he says.

Then you decided to both side the two parties.
In 2025 if anyone thinks the two parties are equal, they are living under a rock or lack any historical understanding.

But even so, what bothered me was the dismissive attitude of the civil rights fight Dems and those in northern states have fought.
Do you think those people who fought a civil war to keep slavery, fought so black people couldn't sit at the same lunch counter as whites and fought to be able to lynch black boys for looking at white woman are the same as those who fought against it?
