It’s not the foot soldiers. Those ones could be dealt with easily when the head of the snakes are cut off.
Their sponsors, cattle owners, those that arm them with semiautomatic and automatic rifles, those politicians, army officers, police and other members of the armed forces that bail and bring them out of jail when they are caught and jailed…those are the ones to be directly affected.
They are the ones that seek visas and travel on holidays with their multiple wives and children. Their children attend schools abroad.

I hope all these are not just talks. US should backed it up with action.
