Nothing happened to Iran. Israel misbehaved into Iranian territory and Iran bombarded them. They dare not attack Iran again. As for US, they simply flew a fighter jet in the middle of the night into Iran and bombed an inconsequential location. Iran was never hurt so there was no need for Russia and China to step in.
