Good morning.

I recently notice my Lexus RX350 013 check engine light always blinking when driving like 15 minutes up, esp when on top speed on the road.

Currently, the car works perfectly for some moment and later experiencing acceleration hesitation.

Did a scan today, I replace two coil and 3 spark plug, it was good for some moments, after driving around for awhile, engine check started blinking again.

Nuzzle was check, injector was cleaned and coil and spark plug was also switch, still no solution yet.

I can't rev and and speed higher with my car currently.

AC works fine, everything else also working, I can't accelerate and go on long journey with the blinking check engine to avoid serious issues.

Someone suggested the head gasket should be replaced from the original.

I recently bought a 2006 Honda Civic, and one of the first things I noticed is that the fan is connected directly. My scan result also shows two codes — P2413 and P2185. I usually scan my car and tell my mechanic what to fix based on the codes generated, and that approach has been working for me.

Now, he agrees with me on the first code, which relates to the EGR, but he doesn’t want to return the fan to its factory setting. I’d rather have that done elsewhere.

I need a good mechanic around the Ogba/Abule Egba axis who can sort this out for me. I don’t want to argue with this Azeem. I understand gassuz doesn’t like working on this car.

The fuel consumption is high. I used 17 litres of fuel from challenge ibadan to abule Egba, and my calculation is around 17mpg

Another serious issue i noticed yesterday

my Radiator coolant is getting drained totally and the coolant keg is also drained to the lowest.

I will get the Scan guy today to come run the checks

Please check properly if it not leaking from any where
You might need to do a cylinder drop test just to be sure you don't have head gasket issue sir.

Stop driving it, scan that car transmission if any code comes up, you know what to do, if none comes, you'd need to delve deeper to finding the reasons why it does that.
