Gabon will give us the vibe Equitorial Guinea gave us at the afcon, they will score and we will also score…maybe a 2-1 or 3-1 win for the super eagles |

I will not be happy with chelle if he benches chukwueze over lookman. Especially if they lose. |

MetalJigsaw:Chelle is Ass he no sabi ball i been saying it. We wont be here with a LITTLE hope of WC playoffs if yellow card didnt sideline lookman. Even Me that isnt a coach saw it after few matches that lookman need to sit on bench. But he kept playing him citing APOTY, dwelling on past glory than current form against a very MUST WIN matches (pls which coach does that? ) See ehn A good team will expose chelle tactical inability and S.E will collect like 3 goals. |

elyte89:The bolded wan kee me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 The thing is annoying really, the ones that are not asses put us in a situation where our chances of qualifying were already less than 12%, person come pick am increase am to 50% and you say he doesn't know "anything"... As how na? Even me do say it that the man's decision making is not perfect, but he has been learning from mistakes each match and correcting them while going and still didn't lose a game while doing so, people no sabi ball ni? |

BankyGee:asin eeehhhnnn some person’s here sound so so so d^mb like F🤣🤣…..i saw that comment and shook my head…. even if for anything atleast respect the coach that took “a not-too-serious” super eagles outfit to Russia and gave them a run for their money…. if we beat Gabon dey will shift attention to the next one, making those ones look like Germany and Brazil put together…. wait first oo coacht that took over main super eagles since February this year and this is November oo we are yet to lose a match oooooooooooooooooooooooooooo His only disappointing result was against Zimbabwe ooooooo, cos with Osimhen in that game we couldn’t still beat them |

Queenjazz, Like I foretold the outcome of the Nigeria v Benin Match I will tell the outcome of the Nigeria v Gabon Match: NIGERIA WILL SCORE A MINIMUM OF 3 GOALS THAT NEITHER VAR NOR REFEREES CAN OVERTURN BUT GABON WILL NOT MATCH OR OUTSCORE NIGERIA'S 3 GOALS. |

I agree with the spirit of your post that the NFF needs to be professional and responsible in carrying out their duties of logistics planning and organization. That said I really have to question the mentality of Iwobi that he's more concerned about creature comforts than about grabbing the sole WC ticket. What is my business about the view from my hotel window when a do or die WC qualifying match is around the corner? There's time for everything and now is the time to focus on beating Gabon not whether hotel is 1 or 5 star. The players are being owed arrears of bonuses but they have decided to focus on what is most important to avoid unnecessary distractions which should also be for this hotel issue IMHO. [quote author=lovewins post=137422705]It's no news that the NFF is a useless organisation, but you sometimes expect that they will pretend to care when it matters, but it appears that's expecting too much of them. We have a critical playoff to prosecute and their only job is to ensure that players are as catered for as possible so all their concentration is to ensure victory this week. Why did they then lodge players in this dump? Iwobi reportedly posted where they are lodged and I am short of words. How do you even lodge your players here? ] |

QueenJazz:Is it your logic or your prayers that took them there in the first place ?? It’s their skill and mental strength it has nothing to do with you |

Missing Maduka Okoye Bruno Onyemaechi Zaidu Sanusi Frank Onyeka Yusuf Alhassan Victor Osimhen They should be given until midnight to report to camp. Anyone who comes in after the deadline should be sent back to his club! We cannot compromise on discipline. The stakes are simply too high! but if you send the bolded home, my hand no dey der ooo🤣🤣🔥 but wait wait first, why is Okoye not in camp, no b who we dey expect make he challenge Nwabali b that…he’s not been in the team since after our russia friendly, he should be early to camp to give coaches the needed confidence everyone wanna see |

chrisooblog:I don't entirely disagree with this take knowing what's at stake, my issue really is that we have normalized abnormalities and make excuses for incompetence. The pressure on the players is already heightened, the only job the FA has is to make sure they provide the best ambience possible that will make prosecuting these all important game easier for them. A large part of success in football is mental and psychological, so making sure the players psyche is in the best possible state is part of the duties of the NFF. What they see and hear matters. Iwobi opening is window to that sight is concerning. Convenience at this point isn't luxury. Do you know the hotel the NFF booked is a budget hotel? It is ranked 71 of 84 How come other teams who are playing in the same city as us got better hotels for their teams? Attached are pictures of hotels Gabon and DR Congo are staying for context. Again I understand our players need to wade off whatever difficulties come their way the next few days and get the all important task of qualifying for the continental playoff done. It's however a systemic problem that the football federation continuously makes an already difficult task more challenging

typicalgamer:If it has nothing to do with me, then wetin concern you with what I've been saying about the accomodation? Make it make sense. By your logic, you and everyone else here should also stop talking about the players since it's not YOUR skill either. In fact let's close the thread lol. Yes, skill and mental strength is important, and water is wet. Thanks for the reminder. |

Cocony:you guys shouting 3-0 up and down sounds funny to me, is it that you don't know the magnitude of the game or what?? This game is likely a 1:0 or 2:1 in favour of Nigeria.. the game would be too dicey for a 3:0 score line .. All in all I wish us the very best. |
