You're funny. There's a reason why the president has two titles, "President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces". President for the civilians and Commander-in-Chief for the Armed forces. If Wike wants to boss military men around, he should enroll into the Nigerian Defence Academy and undergo the rigorous training. In the military, respect is earned through sweat, blood and tears. A mere political appointment from the president will not suffice. Wike has absolutely no jurisdiction over the military. Even the Vice president does not, except if in acting capacity for the president.
