Only a naval officer or sailor with higher commanding authority than the one who gave the order can override it, aside from the Chief of Defense Staff (Regardless of if the Chief is of other corp branch (Army or Airforce)) and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

If it were you, would you let him in (which constitutes insubordination) or leave (which is going AWOL), knowing either choice risks disciplinary action?

You don't know what you are saying. Wike was there because the president delegated authority and duty to him. Would your crap statement about military only answer to their superiors hold if the president himself was there instead of Wike? From a military perspective, the sailor is not wrong.

The naval officer in question, the one who denied Wike entry, was just following orders.

He has no duty to obey civilians of any status or officials outside that hierarchy.

His only duty is to his post, he is not obligated to obey or succumb to anything else.

Majority of people supporting Wike are mostly genzs, and they don't know anything about military heriachy and the only engagement most of them have had with the military is probably through nysc.
Wike was very very very very lucky yesterday that the officer he confronted was a cool headed young officer and also a very disciplined one who didnt lose his composure ,if it wasnt so ,trust me we would have been talking about some national tragedy this morning . It seems the Admiral knew the officer cool headedness,reason why he posted him to confront Wike .
