Just like I stated earlier in my comment regarding the face-off between Nyesom Nwike and the Navy officer who humiliated him, he is a tyrant who is suffering from a Napoleonic complex. Now, tell me why would he ban the AGIS staff from using cell phones within the facility? The fact that he was humiliated and embarrassed by the officer and was captured on camera is no justification for instituting a blanket ban on cell phone use by the staff. That smacks of irresponsibility and high-handedness on the part of a civil servant who exhibits dictatorial tendencies.
