There is no need to flog this dead horse. Enough of the open air dirty laundry wash. We have all.accepted that the shortcomings of institutional governance are potentially explosive. Both sides lay claim to be acting in official capacities yet cannot find synergy. A real pity. If we were to be told by PBAT himself after an independent investigation that the land lacks proper documents what would you say about the integrity of the officer and the superior officer whose orders he is abiding to? |

SlavaUkraini:Only a court can prove that there was no approval. Not even Wike. Wike’s position is to present evidence in court . He has no authority to intimidate or verbally abuse any one. There are official guidelines to request for those documents from a land owner. Not by shouting, that is gross misconduct and abuse of office. If for any reason the land owner fails to comply, then there next official course of action should follow in the legal path. Democracy is not an excuse for impunity and misconduct. 2 Likes |
